Full board, Kosher including Italian cuisine
Prepared by a local chef in collaboration with an Israeli cook
Italy is a celebration of flavor, color, and soul.
In Tuscany- the beating heart of Italy, time moves slower, like a sauce simmering gently on a stove.
Among rolling vineyards, charming villages, and people who cook with heart, we’ll embark on a culinary journey far from the typical tourist path.
A true feast for the senses.
The trip Plan
DAY N. 1 | Tuesday, October 21, 2025 | The Beginning of Our Italian Journey
We’ll gather from 3:00 PM at our beautiful Tuscan agriturismo, a countryside farmhouse that will be our home for the next four nights.
In the evening, we’ll enjoy a festive Welcome Dinner: an Italian chef will present a traditional four-course Italian meal. Each course will be accompanied by historical and culinary explanations, along with a matching wine pairing.
(We recommend flying into Florence and taking a taxi to the accommodation.)
DAY N. 2 | Wednesday, October 22, 2025 | Tuscan Wine & Siena's Alleys
We’ll start the day in the enchanting city of Siena—wandering its narrow stone alleys and grand piazza. If possible, we’ll visit the hidden historic synagogue.
Then we’ll continue to Terra di Seta, a kosher winery nestled in the Chianti hills. There, we’ll tour the vineyards, enjoy a wine tasting session, and savor a rustic local lunch.
DAY N. 3 | Thursday, October 23, 2025 | The Secrets of Coffee & Artistic Florence
Our day begins with a visit to a family-owned coffee factory, founded in Florence 150 years ago. We’ll learn about the process of making high-quality coffee—from selecting the finest beans to roasting and packaging. We’ll also explore the history of coffee making and taste various coffee varieties made by different machines.
Later, we’ll explore Florence on a guided tour—strolling through its famous markets (Porcellino and San Lorenzo), walking the Ponte Vecchio and the riverbank, following in the footsteps of Renaissance giants like Michelangelo, Leonardo, and Raphael.
We'll also visit the magnificent Great Synagogue and Jewish Museum and end the day discovering hidden artisan galleries
DAY N. 4 | Friday, October 24, 2025 | Olive Oil, Picnic & Scenic Views
We’ll begin the day with a visit to a traditional family-run crystal workshop.
From there, we’ll continue along the Via Francigena—the old pilgrim route—where we’ll enjoy a picnic with olive oil tastings and panoramic Tuscan landscapes all around.
DAY N. 5 | Saturday, October 25, 2025 | A Peaceful Tuscan Shabbat
A day to rest, reflect, and enjoy the serenity of the countryside. We’ll celebrate Shabbat with festive meals, Kiddush, songs, and a gentle walk through the surrounding vineyards and fields.
After Havdalah, we’ll meet the farm owners for a personal talk about rural life in Tuscany.
DAY N. 6 | Sunday, October 26, 2025 | Lucca & a Hands-On Cooking Workshop
We’ll explore the charming city of Lucca, walk its ancient walls, wander its narrow alleys, and soak in its uniquely local vibe.
Later, we’ll head to Fabiano's Tuscan farm for a fun, hands-on cooking class. We’ll prepare stuffed ravioli, appetizers, and a special dessert, all paired with kosher wines from the estate.
DAY N. 7 | Monday, October 27, 2025 | Mushrooms, Pizza & Final Flavors
We’ll travel through Chianti vineyards and learn about traditional Tuscan mushroom foraging.
Then, at a special location, we’ll dive into the secrets of authentic Italian pizza-making, followed by a warm lunch of handmade pizzas and classic kosher Chianti wine.
In the evening – a festive farewell celebration at the hotel.
DAY N. 8 | Tuesday, October 28, 2025 | A Colorful Goodbye
Our final morning will take us to the picturesque town of Certaldo and a visit to a local ceramics gallery.
Time permitting, we’ll end with a short nature walk—one last taste of Tuscany before saying goodbye.
